"Platform" refers to the SkillForge website, applications, and related services. "User", "you", or "your" refers to the individual or entity that has registered for an account to use the Services. "Content" refers to all video, text, images, and other materials available on the Platform.

SkillForge provides users with access to a collection of educational resources, primarily courses focused on modern life and professional skills. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Content for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to your subscription plan.

4. User Obligations

You agree to use the Platform for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree not to share your account access with others. You must not reproduce, redistribute, sell, create derivative works from, or decompile any Content or the Platform.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

To access certain features of the Platform, you must purchase a subscription. Fees are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected by you. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkillForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Final Provisions
